Your profile

Your profile is how your organization, and other members (if you allow it), see you — personal details, business info, networking preferences, and what shows publicly.

  1. Sign in to the member portal.
  2. Select Profile in the portal navigation.

The Profile page is organized into tabs:

Tab What it covers
Personal Name, phone, and your profile photo
Business Company, industry, your directory bio, website, services you offer, ideal client, referral categories, industries served
Networking Who you want to meet and your collaboration interests, used to power connection recommendations
Public Profile Visibility (Public / Members Only / Private) and your social links
Preferences Email digest frequency, event/opportunity/renewal reminder toggles, and preferred contact method

A Profile Completeness meter appears above the tabs while your profile is incomplete — filling in business and networking fields (bio, services, ideal client, who you want to meet, referral categories) raises the score and helps the portal recommend better connections and opportunities.

  1. Open the tab with the field you want to change.
  2. Edit the field.
  3. Select Save (top right) or Save All Changes (bottom of the page) — either saves everything across all tabs, not just the tab you’re viewing.

On the Public Profile tab, set your visibility:

  • Public — anyone on the web can see your profile
  • Members Only — visible only to other members in your organization’s directory
  • Private — hidden from everyone
  • Keep your email current on the Sign in flow — the portal uses it to match your membership record.
  • A complete Business and Networking section is what other members’ searches and the portal’s recommendations key off of — sparse profiles show up less.
  • If a field looks locked or wrong, that’s managed by your organization’s staff — contact your organization admin. To switch membership tiers, use Change Plan on the Membership Overview tab (see Membership status & renewal).
