Your organization gives you a portal link that opens the member area for your chamber or association (for example theirsite.com/portal). Use the email address on your membership record.

  1. Open your organization’s portal URL.
  2. Choose Continue with Google, or enter the email address on your membership record and select Continue.
  3. What happens next depends on your account:
    • If you already set a password, you’ll land on a password screen — enter it and sign in.
    • If you signed up with Google, or you’re signing in for the first time, MemberHero emails you a sign-in link instead — open your inbox and click it to finish.
  4. A successful sign-in takes you to your member home.
  1. On the password screen, select Forgot password?
  2. MemberHero emails a reset link to the address you entered.
  3. Open the email and click the link — it opens a Set new password page.
  4. Enter and confirm a new password, then submit.

If the link has expired or already been used, request a new one the same way — the reset page tells you if the link isn’t valid.

You can also switch from the password screen to a one-time sign-in link instead of resetting a password, if you’d rather not set one.

If you signed up with an email/password (not Google), you may see a banner asking you to verify your email. Select Send Verification Link, then open the email and click the link. A few actions in the portal (like updating sensitive info) may ask you to verify first if you haven’t already. Google sign-ins don’t need this — your email is already confirmed.

Problem What to try
No email received Check spam/junk. Confirm the exact email on file with your organization admin.
“No active membership found for this email” You’re not on the org’s member record with that address yet — contact your organization to join or correct your email.
Link expired Request a new sign-in link or password reset; old links stop working after a short time.
Wrong organization Use the portal URL for this organization, not a different chamber’s site.
  • Use the same email your organization has on file for membership and billing notices — it’s what the portal checks against.
  • Sign out on shared computers when you’re done.
  • For account problems the portal can’t fix, contact your organization admin.
